We understand that plans change. Clean360 is committed to being flexible while maintaining fair policies that allow us to continue providing reliable service to all our clients.
Rescheduling
Need to change your appointment? No problem. You can reschedule your cleaning at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment. We'll work with you to find an alternative date and time that fits your schedule. To reschedule, call us at +1 (689) 302-3449 or respond to your appointment confirmation.
Cancellations
More than 24 hours' notice: No cancellation fee. We appreciate the advance notice so we can offer the time slot to another client.
Less than 24 hours' notice: A cancellation fee may apply. Our teams are scheduled and dispatched based on confirmed appointments, and late cancellations leave gaps that are difficult to fill. The fee helps offset the cost of reserved time.
No-shows: If our team arrives and cannot access the property with no prior communication, a no-show fee equal to the full service charge may apply.
Recurring Service Holds
Going on vacation or need to pause your recurring service? Let us know in advance and we'll place your service on hold. You can resume on your preferred date without losing your spot or your assigned team.
Weather & Emergencies
In cases of severe weather, natural disasters, or local emergencies, we may need to reschedule appointments for the safety of our team. We'll contact you as early as possible to arrange an alternative date at no additional cost.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not happy with any aspect of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours. We'll send a team back to address the issue at no additional charge. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
