Deposits & Payment Schedule
Clean360 keeps our payment terms simple and transparent. Here's what to expect regarding deposits and payment timing for different service types.
Residential Services
Regular & Recurring Cleaning: No deposit required. Payment is processed on the day of each service.
One-Time Deep Cleaning: No deposit required for standard deep cleans. Payment is due upon completion.
Large Projects (Post-Construction, Move-Out, etc.): A deposit may be required for larger projects to reserve your date and secure materials. The deposit amount and balance payment schedule will be outlined in your service agreement.
Commercial Services
Recurring Contracts: Commercial clients on recurring contracts are invoiced monthly with Net-15 or Net-30 terms based on your agreement.
One-Time Projects: For large commercial projects, we may require a deposit at booking with the balance due upon completion. Specific terms are outlined in your service proposal.
Payment Schedule for Multi-Phase Projects
For larger projects that occur over multiple days or phases (such as post-construction cleaning), we may structure payments in milestones — for example, a deposit at booking, a mid-project payment, and a final payment upon completion. This will be clearly outlined before work begins.
