Our Standard Process

1. Assessment: Before any cleaning begins, we assess the space — noting condition, surface types, areas of concern, and any special requirements. For new clients, this may happen during an initial consultation or walkthrough.

2. Preparation: We prepare the space by removing loose items, pre-treating stains and problem areas, and setting up our equipment and products for the specific job.

3. Systematic Cleaning: Our teams follow a top-to-bottom, room-by-room approach. This ensures nothing is missed and dust and debris fall downward to be captured in the final floor cleaning. Every room has its own checklist of tasks.

4. Detail Work: After the main cleaning pass, we return to detail areas — edges, corners, fixtures, hardware, and high-touch surfaces — that separate a good clean from a great one.

5. Quality Check: Before leaving, the team lead conducts a final walkthrough to verify that all checklist items are complete and the space meets Clean360 standards.

Our Standards

We use professional-grade, commercial-quality equipment. We carry our own supplies — you don't need to provide anything. We use EPA-registered disinfectants and offer green product alternatives. All products are selected for effectiveness and safety. We follow industry best practices and stay current on cleaning science and technology.

Training & Development

Every technician undergoes comprehensive initial training and participates in ongoing skill development. We regularly update our methods and products to deliver the best possible results.
