Before You Begin

• Ensure you have all cleaning supplies ready.

• At 9:30 AM, drive to Sunny Bubbles Laundry to pick up the previously dropped-off laundry for this home.

🧺 Laundry Process

• Start laundry during the cleaning process.

• Wash towels and decorative bedding items first.

• As you remove items from the dryer, spot check for stains or damage.

  • If anything is stained or damaged, take a photo and message your property manager.

🧽 Supply Gathering

From Owner’s Closet (near front entrance):

📦 Linens & Towels

• Collect clean linens and towels and place them in the hallway.

• Use color-coded dirty bags for each bed type:

  • 🟦 King – Blue

  • 🔴 Queen – Red

  • 🟩 Full – Green

  • 🟪 Twin – Purple

🧴 Cleaning & Guest Supplies

Pack a “Supplies” bag with:

• Toilet Paper: 10 rolls (2 per bathroom)

• Paper Towels: 1 roll

• Kitchen Garbage Bags: 1

• Bathroom Garbage Bags: 5

• Shampoo: 5

• Conditioner: 5

• Massage Soap: 5

• Body Wash: 5

🛏 Bedding & Laundry Steps

1. Gather dirty towels and start them in the washer (turn sound on to hear when it's done).

2. Strip all beds and sort linens into their designated dirty bags by color.

3. Move all linens upstairs to the washer/dryer area.

4. Start the dishwasher for later use in the kitchen.

🧹 Dusting Checklist

Dust the following areas:

• Above doorways and closet doors

• Doorknobs

• Bed headboards

• Window sills

• Lamps & light fixtures

🪞 Mirrors & Specialty Cleaning

• Clean all mirrors.

• Inspect the ball pit:

  • Ensure it only contains balls.

  • Wipe the base using multi-purpose cleaner and paper towels.

🛏 Bed Setup Guide

Each bed should have:

• Mattress protector

• Fitted sheet

• Flat sheet

• Comforter with duvet cover

• 4 pillows + pillowcases (King, Queen, Full)

• 2 pillows + pillowcases (Twin, Double)

• 2 towels per King/Queen/Full

• 1 towel per Twin/Double

🟢 Fold and organize pool towels — to be placed above the Washing Machine 

🛁 Bathrooms

1. Remove all trash and replace liners.

2. Clean in this order:

   • Tub

   • Toilet

   • Countertops

3. Set out guest amenities:

   • Shampoo, Conditioner, Massage Soap, Body Wash

4. Place:

   • One toilet paper roll on holder

   • One on the toilet tank

5. Fold and roll:

   • 2 floor towels per bathroom (10 total)

   • 2 face towels per bathroom (10 total)

   • 2 hand towels per bathroom (10 total)

• Empty dishwasher and put dishes away

• Wipe countertops

• Clean all appliances

• Clean inside & outside of:

  • Fridge

  • Oven

• Wipe tables

• Clean light fixtures

• Dust behind TVs

• Vacuum couches (remove cushions if needed)

• Wipe down all flat surfaces

🏊 Pool Area

• Vacuum patio with outdoor vacuum

• Wipe tables and chairs

• Vacuum outdoor seating if needed

• Fill pool with hose if water level is low

• Clean BBQ if needed

Additional Notes: 

• 🔐 Always re-lock the BBQ
• Make sure to clean the baby items if they are left out 
• Please don’t forget to check the ball pit - Make sure there are not miscellaneous items there.

     (e.g., Inspection Sunset Blvd Oct 10)
      
3. In the same Asana task:
   • Add notes on anything missing from the property.
      
   • Add photos of any damaged items or stains.
      
   • If more supplies/inventory are needed, message via WhatsApp.
